This is an old and long obsolete WEST GERMANY (Federal Republic of Germany, FRG) Parachutist wings. 3rd Class (bronze around the parachute). Used between 1966 and 1983. Silver/bronze bullion wire on grey felt background.
Bronze Class (bronze wreath) was awarded for completing the Airborne School including completing 5 parachute jumps.
Silver Class (silver wreath) was awarded for completing at least 20 parachute jumps.
Gold Class (gold wreath) was awarded for completing at least 50 parachute jumps.
