The "Foxes of Fire" division - 143rd division shoulder tag.
The symbol has been in use since the establishment of the division as a result of the outbreak of the first intifada in- 1987 and served as the division's symbol until- 2015.
Preceded by the gaza division in the- 1970s was a regional headquarters called the "Azha" ( Gaza strip area ) with a similar emblem but in the center was the lion of command
