Ribbon Bar of The Medal for the Martyrs. No ribbon bars were issued with the medal. Instead a small number were made and presented to those that significantly helped with the project as a token of appreciation.

The Medal for the Martyrs is a medal issued to the families of international volunteers/fighters with Kurdish forces in Syria who were killed or died as a result of their service.
