Austrian Jagdkommando Parachutist badge was first adopted on- 4 July- 1974. The wings are in dull silver with a vertical gold sword on the lines and red, white and red horizontal colors behind the lines. To be awarded this badge, a soldier must be a qualified parachutist and complete the Jagdkommando Course. First badges had a horizontal pin fastener on the reverse. Current version has two pin ( clutch ) on the back.
