Compagnie montée automobile du 4e Regiment Etranger d'Infanterie insigne.. The 4 REI Mounted motorized Company.. Originally created as the mounted company of the 1st Foreign Regiment in the early 1900s. In 1920 it became the mounted company of the 4 REI, in 1933 it became a motorized company based at Ighrem in Morocco. The company was dissolved on the 15 November 1940. The badge was created in 1934 by Captain GUALTIER and made by Arthus Bertand Paris Depose.
